Concept Design

The concept design package includes: 

1)  2–3 space planning layout options (furniture and equipment placement) 

2)  Development of the interior concept

* finishing materials with links to manufacturers or stores where they can be purchased 

3) Technical drawings 

* furniture and equipment layout 

* plumbing layout 

* lighting plan electrical outlets and switch plan

 * tile layout for bathrooms 

 Price:  25 — 35 EUR/m² + VAT

Full Interior Design Project

The full interior design project includes:

1) 2–3 space planning layout options (furniture and equipment placement)

2) Development of the design concept through mood boards (stylistic direction, color palette, furniture references, sanitary ware, lighting fixtures, and finishing materials)

3) Interior visualizations (photorealistic renderings of the future interior)

4) Technical documentation A complete set of technical drawings required for project implementation:

* Existing layout plan

* Redevelopment plan 

* Furniture and equipment layout plan 

* Sanitary fixtures layout plan

* Electrical outlet layout plan

* Lighting and switch layout plan 

* Ceiling plan 

* Reflected ceiling plan 

* Floor finish plan 

* Wall elevations: furniture and equipment, placement switch and electrical outlet layout 

* Wall elevations: wall finish specifications 

 5) Specifications 

Detailed specifications for all interior finishes and decorative elements, including a list of: 

* furniture household appliances 

* sanitary ware 

* lighting fixtures

* Finishing materials and surface coverings 

* decorative elements   

Full interior design project price:

 Commercial Interiors: pricing is available upon request and depends on the project’s size and intended use.

 Residential Interior Design: from €45–60/m² + VAT

Project procurement and coordination

Project procurement — selection and purchasing of finishing materials, furniture, and interior décor items.

 The procurement package includes:

1) Sourcing contractors and suppliers

 2) Verification of materials and equipment, delivery terms from specific suppliers, and product availability conditions

3) Review and approval of interior finishes, materials, colors, and design details

4) Coordination with suppliers regarding dimensions and technical measurements

5) Approval of selected materials, furniture, and décor items together with the client 

6) Coordination of product purchasing and delivery 

7) Replacement coordination for defective items if necessary 

8) Selection of alternative materials or interior items in cases of discontinuation or extended delivery times

9) Visits to stores and showrooms together with the client

 Fuel expenses for trips outside the city of Daugavpils are charged separately.

Price — 300 — 500 EUR per month. 

 The cost of the service is calculated individually for each project and depends on: 

* the size of the project 

* the type of space (residential or commercial) 

* the complexity of the interior design project
